At Barker Shoes, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear isn't a perfect fit, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack with Care
Place the unworn shoes back in their original branded box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our artisans inspect the return.
